What does that mean, single check? Only on rebated item per checkout? Only one rebated item of each item (only get 1 bottle of gel, not 2)?

Yes there are limits for usually 1 per item but it means you file for one rebate per month for all the items you bought that month and they send you one rebate for the entire month’s worth of rebate products.
